To Submit an Abstract for Possible Paper or Poster Presentation, please follow these directions: (if desiring to submit a symposium, please follow abstract submission directions and include completed Author Information Form for each presenter to accompany the abstract that is part of the symposium):
- Abstracts must be typed to fit single-spaced on one (1) 8-1/2" X 11" paper with 1" margins
- Abstract is to have title of paper centered at the top of the page and the text
- Submit 2 copies of the abstract, one with author name and affiliation and one without author name and affiliation to facilitate blind review of the submission. Note: author name and affiliation should appear on an “original” abstract only in boldface type, but not on the copy.
- If submitting the abstract as a print copy, please print original on a laser printer.
- Complete the Abstract Author Information Form. Include a separate form for each presenter who is attending the conference with you (Those who are paper co-authors but who are not attending the conference do not need to complete a separate Author Information Form)
Submission of Abstract:
To submit an abstract by e-mail, send an e-mail with attachments containing the two abstract copies (one with author name affiliation and one without author name/affiliation) and completed Author Information Form to Marie Driever at mariedriever@comcast.net
If mailing a print copy, Mail Original Abstract with Author Name/Affiliation and one (1) copy of the abstract and original of completed Author Information Form to:
