  • Transfers and luggage handling between airports and piers via private motor coach for passengers arriving and departing on days of embarkation and disembarkation.
  • Full pre-trip information and assistance provided by Sean McGivern.
    Expert translation provided for nursing conference, sight visits, and networking with Russian nursing colleagues.
  • Opportunity for extended stay in the Goldin Ring, just outside of Moscow following the cruise for those wishing to stay past August 15th departure date. The datesof the extended trip willbeang is 15-20th. Please refer to extended stay schedule.

Deposit of $500.00 is due by November 3, 2008. Final trip payment of $3495.00 is due by June 1, 2009.

***Early Registration:

Those sending in a completed registration form for the Conference Cruise by October 3, 2008 will save $100.00 per person off of the final trip payment.

Dates of trip may change by two or three days depending on the cruise schedules in 2009.

What is not included

  • Travel insurance: we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance through your local insurance company
  • Gratuities: tips to the Cruise Director, crew and translators for conference are at your discretion
  • Transfers: if you make your own travel arrangements to Russia, we can arrange hotel and transfers if it involves an additional stay before or after the conference cruise.
  • Passport/visas: valid passport and Russian visa required. We will gladly process Russian visa for you - processing fees are additional
  • Miscellaneous items of a personal nature including laundry, bar charges, medical services, etc.
    Any increase in the US air and airport taxes or fuel surcharges imposed after the initial pricing of this program will be added to the total price of the trip.
