This registration timeline includes due dates for conference registration and submissions for the program.
Deposit: A $500.00 Deposit is due by November 7, 2010 for each person registering for this Conference Cruise. Your deposit must be received by this due date to reserve a cabin for you on the cruise boat.
Submissions: Those submitting for the Conference Program, submissions by e-mail or hard copy are due to Marie Driever on/by November 7, 2010.
Submission Decision : Notification of Submission Decision is January 15, 2011.
VISA: Visa applications for all participants are due to Sean McGivern by March 15, 2011.
Final Payment: Your final payment of $3,695 is due to Sean McGivern by/on June 7, 2011.
Early Bird Registration Discount:
Those sending a deposit that is received by Sean McGivern on or by October 7, 2010 will receive a $100 discount off of the final payment.
