An Invitation to Submit

We invite you to participate in the Conference Cruise Program by submitting so you will be scheduled on the Conference program. On behalf of the Planning Committee, we invite three kinds of submissions:

• Plans for Focused Discussion groups
• Abstracts for Paper presentations
• Abstracts for Poster presentations

An invitation to submit an abstract for paper or poster presentation is likely more familiar to most Conference participants. An unique feature of the Conference Cruise is having Focused Discussion Group sessions.

Previous Conference Cruise participants, especially the Russians, have evaluated these discussion sessions very highly as it provides an opportunity to gain not only new information, but also exchange perspectives across cultures about selected discussion topics.

Thus, to achieve the Conference Goals we strongly suggest submission of Plans for Focused Discussion Groups and aim to have these discussion groups on a variety of topics for at least half of the program sessions.
