Visit Russia to experience and learn about Russian culture, history and the health care delivery system. About Sean McGivern

Visit Coordinator: Sean McGivern, MS, a renowned Russian specialist, has worked with many Sigma organizations, nursing departments at over 40 universities and hospitals and clinics throughout the U.S. For more than 20 years, Sean has arranged nursing visits to Russia and US-Russian exchanges. He arranges unique trips that meet the needs of the traveler. Visits to museums are always included, but Sean also arranges visits to Russian homes, hospitals, Universities, icon workshops, schools and the like. He is an expert in integrating an experience of Russian culture and history with learning about Russian nursing, nursing education and health care delivery. Those visiting Russia with Sean describe their experience as special and memorable, especially because of the relationships they develop with Russian colleagues. Sean feels that the most important aspect of traveling to Russia is to meet the people.
