The cancellation policy pertains to the land/cruise and airfare portions of the cost of the
2009 US-Russian Nursing Conference Cruise. Please note the following:
Land/Cruise Cancellation Policy
In event a registrant cancels their participation in the Conference Cruise, the amount of forfeit plus an administrative fee of $100 corresponds to the tour price and depends on the date Sean McGivern receives written notification:
- Till 95 days – 10% (Irrevocable deposit)
- 94 – 65 days prior to departure date - 25% of the tour price
- 64 – 35 days prior to departure date – 50% of the tour price
- 34 – 4 days prior to departure date – 75% of the tour price
- 3 – 1 days and no show – 100% of the tour price
Air Cancellation Policy
- $100 if a person decides to change their ticket dates before their ticket is issued.
- $200 if a person decides to change their ticket prior to 14 days before departure and after tickets are issued.
- Individuals canceling, or making changes, less than 30 days prior to departure are subject to a $200.00 fee.
Note: No money will be refunded for airline reservations if cancellation is less than 14 days before departure. In event of a medical emergency all airfare money will be refunded upon receipt of a letter from a physician addressed to Finnair Airlines. |
