Registration Terms and Conditions

  1. Those who submit for the program, should your submission not be accepted, your deposit would be fully refunded if you decide not to participate in the Conference Cruise. No administrative fee will be charged.

  2. Any person who elects to cancel a registration after sending a deposit will be charged an administrative fee of $100.

  3. Those who cancel their registration after April 7, 2011, will forfeit their deposit fee of $500 per person.

  4. The Conference Cruise price is based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) known as of November of 2010 and are expected to be in effect at the time of departure.

  5. Prices are subject to increase without notice if such rates change prior to departure.  The current price will be confirmed at the time of registration, not including airline fuel surcharges.  However, once we have received your deposit for the US-Russian Nursing Conference Cruise departing in 2011, that land price is guaranteed and any subsequent land cost increases are at our expense, not including airline fuel surcharges and any government tax increases.  Airfare included as part of the air-inclusive price is guaranteed when we receive full payment on June 1, 2011.

  6. The prices given are per person, based on double occupancy.  Single rooms/cabins are limited in availability and the single supplement cost is $875.

  7. Travel documents, including paper air line tickets, are sent by regular ground delivery approximately two to three weeks prior to departure, provided full payment has been received.  A $20 charge per participant is added for documents requested in advance or for two-day delivery in the continental US.  Please indicate at the time of registration whether you prefer regular ground delivery or two-day delivery.  (Two-day delivery with related charges is required for registrations received within 45 days of commencement of the Conference Cruise.

  8. Participants who book their own airline reservations and arrive in St Petersburg and depart at other than the Conference Cruise scheduled times are responsible for their own local transportation to join the Conference group and any hotel costs that may be required.  In addition, participants need to inform Sean McGivern about arrival and departure times so Sean can coordinate necessary arrangements.
